It is located in Pescara south sea-front, just in front of its private beach made of very fine sand and close to Pescara new Marina and to its sporting systems (such as tennis courts, riding tracks, football pitches and so on). Only 500 m far it is possible to find the dock from which there are ferry connections to Croatia and Tremiti Islands. Moreover the hotel is near the old part of the town where it is possible to visit D´Annunzio´s and Ennio Flaiano´s homes or to enjoy a shopping time along Viale Marconi, filled with beautiful and various shops.
